What we offer

Agricultural Company Fontana Reale produces wine, olive oil and honey of organic farming.

For nearly two decades is practiced organic agriculture offers the best conditions of health for those who work there, to protect the environment and especially for those who consume the products. So all of their products are organic whit certified by the Consortium for the control of Organic Products “CCPB” of Bologna.

The grapes from the vineyards of Aglianico, Falanghina and Greco are harvested and vinified in the winery features that are both innovative techniques for the automatic control of temperature for both the aging process in steel and barrique. So all the wines produced are D.O.C. Sannio ORGANIC.

The oil is obtained from olives of “Ortice, Leccino and Frantoio” from olive grove farming conducted with organic farming methods, hand picked and pressed cold pressed (maximum working temp is 27 - 28 c°) by 48 hours after harvesting, in mill authorized to organic. The cultivars of single ortice oil very hot, so it is preferred for the marketing mix in Campania, the three cultivars company to have a product for taste, unfortunately, standardized products to the supermarket, obviously some of it is also kept separate for those who want only ortice.

The honey is podotto apiaries in sedentary, in two different locations of the town of Benevento, where it grows wild flowers such as “Acacia, Borage, Dandelion, wild flowers etc”, is derived from agricultural crops such as the “sulla” used for forage for livestock livestock, and from other sources such as honeydew (foraged from the secretions of aphids for that clear and to the darkest Metcalfa pruinosa) from which we get the honeys of the same name. The hives are cleaned with organic treatments against diseases and social adversity (oxalic acid - lactic a. - a. formic - thymol, etc.) And the honey is extracted from the combs, decanted and packed in the laboratory farm.

All farm facilities are equipped with health certification.

The Company is registered in ERAB (lists of regional operators in organic farming) of the Campania Region as an organic farm since 2000.
